Dental Reputation Management for $24 a Month
Dental reputation management is how your practice earns patient trust before the first call. We get more patients leaving Google reviews, reply to every review without exposing patient details, and report fake ones to Google.
Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time and nobody told me why.
Thank you for telling us. Waiting that long without an update isn't the experience we want for anyone. Please call our office manager at (555) 010-0199 so we can talk it through.
No name, no treatment, no visit details. Just a way to talk privately.
Google Ranks What Patients Trust
Online reviews are the first thing new patients compare in local search, and Google uses them to rank you. That makes dental practice reputation management part of local SEO, not a side job.
“More reviews and positive ratings can help your business’s local ranking.”
“When you reply to customer reviews, it shows that you value their feedback.”

Everything You Get for $24
Our dental reputation management service covers four jobs every month: more positive reviews, a response to every review, careful handling of negative feedback, and monitoring your rating. You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile, and we take it from there.
Review link, QR code and scripts
A one-tap link to your Google review box, a QR code for the front desk, and short text and email messages your team sends after each visit.
A reply to every review
Up to 30 replies a month. Thank-yous for the good ones, calm answers for the bad ones, and never a patient detail in any of them.
Negative and fake reviews
A careful public reply for real complaints. Fake, spam or never-a-patient reviews get reported to Google for removal.
Monthly review report
New reviews, your star rating, replies sent and reports filed, next to the practices you compete with on Maps.
Google reviews only. Yelp, Healthgrades and other sites are not included.
Four Rules That Keep You Safe
Bad dentist reputation management can cost more than bad reviews. These are the mistakes that get practices fined or their reviews deleted.
No patient details in replies
A Dallas dental practice paid $10,000 to settle a HIPAA case over patient information in its Yelp review replies.
Ask every patient
Google prohibits asking only the patients you expect to be happy, or discouraging negative reviews.
Nothing in return
No discounts, gifts or payment for reviews. Google removes reviews posted for an incentive.
No fake or staff reviews
The FTC’s 2024 rule bans fake reviews, and Google treats reviews from staff as a conflict of interest.

How We Answer a 1-Star Review
Responding to a negative review is where most practices slip. Same angry review, two replies: one defends the practice and exposes a patient, the other protects both.

From 0 to 63 Google Reviews
Braces & Faces, an orthodontic clinic in Faisalabad, Pakistan, had no reviews. We fixed its profile and started sending patients the review link on WhatsApp. Twelve months later: 63 reviews, 4.9★ average. We take US practices only, and we show this one because every review is on Google Maps.

Questions Dentists Ask About Reviews
What is dental reputation management?
It is online reputation management for a dental practice: getting more patients to leave Google reviews, replying to every review, dealing with negative and fake ones, and tracking your rating over time. Patients compare stars and review counts before they call, and Google uses reviews in local ranking.
How much does reputation management for dentists cost?
Ours is $24 a month per location, month to month, with up to 30 review replies a month. It is also included in every one of our SEO plans, so SEO clients pay nothing extra for it.
Can you remove bad reviews from Google?
Only Google can remove a review. We report reviews that break Google's policy, such as fake reviews, spam or reviews from someone who was never a patient. Google decides, so nobody can honestly promise a removal. For a real negative review, a calm public reply is what we do instead.
How should a dentist reply to a negative review?
Briefly, calmly, and without any patient details. Don't confirm the person is a patient or mention their treatment, because that can break HIPAA. Thank them, say you take every concern seriously, and give a phone number to talk privately.
Can we offer patients a discount for leaving a review?
No. Google's policy prohibits offering discounts, gifts or payment in exchange for reviews, and it removes reviews posted that way. Ask every patient for an honest review and offer nothing in return.
Is this dental reputation management software?
No, it's a done-for-you service. Software can send review requests, but someone still has to write the replies and handle the bad reviews. We do that work for you, and a person checks every reply to a negative review before it's posted.
Do you manage Yelp and Healthgrades reviews too?
Not at the moment. We focus on Google, because that is where most patients compare practices and where reviews affect your Maps ranking.
How fast will we get more reviews?
It depends on how many patients you see and whether every one of them gets the link. Braces & Faces, an orthodontic clinic in Pakistan whose profile we manage, went from 0 to 63 Google reviews in 12 months after we started sending patients the review link.
